General Questions

How many emails can I send with the Free plan?

  • You can send up to 300 emails and generate 300 PDFs per month on the Free plan.

Is there a trial period for the paid plans?

  • Yes, we offer a 7-day trial for all our paid plans.

What happens when I reach my email/PDF quota?

  • You'll receive a notification when you're at 80% of your quota. Once you reach 100%, the respective service will be paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

Is the billing project-based?

  • Yes, our billing is project-based. Each project has its own plan and associated costs.

Can I add collaborators to my project?

  • Yes, the Standard plan allows one additional collaborator, while the Pro plan allows unlimited collaborators.

Template Questions

What file formats are supported for templates?

  • We currently support HTML format for both email and PDF templates.

Can I schedule emails?

  • Yes, emails can be scheduled for one-time sending when calling our API.

Billing and Payment

How does the Pro plan's usage-based billing work?

  • The Pro plan comes at a flat rate of $50 per month. Additionally, you pay $1 for every 10,000 emails and $0.1 for every 10,000 PDFs.

Is there an annual payment option?

  • As of now, we only offer monthly payment options.
