⏰ Scheduling Emails

Introduction

Sometimes you don't want your emails to go out instantly. That's where Emailflow's Email Scheduling feature comes into play. Schedule your emails for a later date and time, and let us handle the rest.

How to Schedule an Email

  1. API Call: When making your email API call, include the optional date parameter to specify when the email should be sent.

  2. Dashboard: Alternatively, you can schedule emails directly from the Emailflow Dashboard.

Viewing Scheduled Emails

Navigate to the Scheduled Emails tab in your Dashboard to see a list of all emails that are queued up for future sending. Here you can:

  • View Details: See recipient, subject, and the scheduled sending time.

  • Cancel Sending: Decide you don't want to send that email anymore? Simply cancel it right from the dashboard.

Limitations

As of now, Emailflow allows you to schedule emails for one-time sending only.
