Just like with email templates, managing PDF templates in Emailflow is a breeze. This guide covers how to upload, manage, and make the most of your PDF templates.

Emailflow supports HTML for PDF templates, offering you flexibility and control over your designs.

How to Upload a PDF Template

1. Navigate to PDF Templates: Go to your Dashboard and click on the PDF Templates section.

2. Upload HTML File: Click the Upload button and select your HTML file for your PDF.

3. Preview and Save: Preview your PDF template to ensure it looks just right, then save it.

Template Parameters and Customization

Like email templates, you can use parameters in curly braces {} and loop through arrays using special brackets [[ ]].

Invoice for {client_name}:
[[<p>{item}</p>]]

Advanced Settings

• Orientation: Set the orientation of your PDF (portrait or landscape).

• Page Size: Choose between various page sizes (A4, A5, etc.).
