Introduction

Tracking the status of your sent emails is crucial for understanding their impact and ensuring they reach your audience. Emailflow's Email Logs make it simple to see every email you've sent, to whom, and when.

Accessing Email Logs

  1. Navigate to Email Logs: Head over to your Dashboard and find the Email Logs section.

  2. View Logs: The logs are presented in a clear table format for easy viewing.

What's Displayed?

  • Recipient: Who received the email.

  • Subject: The subject line of the email.

  • Sent Time: When the email was sent.

Deliverability Status

Available only in our Standard and Pro plans, the deliverability status provides additional details on each email. This includes:

  • Delivered: Email successfully reached the recipient's inbox.

  • Bounced: Email was rejected by the recipient's server.

  • Marked as Spam: Email was marked as spam by the recipient.

Retention Policy

Email logs are kept indefinitely, meaning you can look back at your entire history of sent emails anytime.
